We offer personal training and small group classes. Sign up for a monthly membership or drop in for an individual class whenever your schedule fits!
Our programs are built on over 30 years of coaching experience and research from top organizations like NSCA, NASM, and OTA. Coach Wise guided Frederick Community College to a Top 20 National Ranking (18th in 2023, 12th in 2024) by United Soccer Coaches.
Soccer & Fitness classes currently run Monday-Friday, with 1-on-1 sessions held every weekend by appointment only.

Every individual who signs up as a member and commits to the grind is rewarded for their hard work!
After 3 Months:
Receive free training gear! Soccer players will receive a kit provided by Flite Sports (pictured). Fitness members receive workout attire of choice.
After 6 Months:
Soccer players will receive a free salt cleat bag!
Bundle for Sport Class Memberships
Everyone who signs up for the sport memberships is automatically given a fitness membership. We plan to add additional sports to our repertoire in the future!
